heavy or bulky items (BuilderBoard, Rosin Paper). Getting Free shipping is simple, on each eligible product page just look for "Eligible For Free Shipping!" just below the price information. The free shipping method will be standard ground, usually taking around 5 to 8 business days, but hopefully sooner! Unfortunately it only applies to the contiguous United States.  Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Palau and US protectorates are not eligible but rest assured we will endeavor to get your the lowest shipping option available to us. Free shipping will not apply if eligible items are canceled, resulting in an order total of less than $149 and this limited-time offer is subject to change without notice.

All orders are processed within 24 hours or sooner once an order is placed; tracking information is automatically sent to you once the order has shipped. You can visit our website at anytime to track the status of your order.

Same-Day Shipping

Speed and efficiency are key at builderprotection.com. If we get your web or phone order by 3 p.m. EST. and we have it stock, we will make sure delivery starts that same day! And, if you request any type of express delivery service through UPS or USPS, you receive same-day service, right up until 5:30 p.m. on in stock items. Same-day guarantee applies to UPS and USPS deliveries only and does not include orders received during weekend or holiday hours.

Delivery & Insurance Charges

All orders will be billed actual delivery charges, including those not deliverable by UPS Surface (to such addresses as APO, FPO and P.O. Box) and orders containing items subject to delivery restrictions. Items too large for UPS Surface delivery are delivered by truck, Freight Collect, within 24 hours of ordering. Please ask our Customer Service Team for an estimate of your delivery charges.

Need your protection tomorrow? Simply select one of our expedited delivery options during checkout, and we'll take care of it. Remember, orders submitted after 4 p.m. on business days, weekends and holidays are shipped on the next business day. The orders are subject to in-stock availability and payment verification. Some restrictions apply, such as for over-sized and hazardous items. Indicate in the Order Notes during checkout if you have any special concerns or questions about your delivery.
